
The BBQ pork and BBQ swan (corrected by Leslie to be goose, sorry as I was doing some direct translation) is good stuff! The goose skin is silky smooth and the meat done just about rite. The BBQ pork has the correct portion of meat and fat, not too oily and not too hard.
Toothsome and succulent!
Oh, just checked, the name of the shop is 廣東燒味.

swan? i thought it is called goose meat in HK?
i have only tried the goose meat at the "yong kei" near in lan kwai fong. yeah, it was good.
