I had a flat today, since it's the front wheel, I carried on riding with the front wheel elevated from the road with only the back wheel on the road. See how good a rider I am?

Then I found the tank was almost empty, since I like to take chance in life and like to live a dangerous life, I carried on riding with an almost empty tank. See how dangerous I am?

Anyway, I did all these because there was a production issue. You mean you forgot I am a very important person to the bank that they rely solely on me to make sure the system is stable and sound to enable the frontliners to serve the customers in a prompt manner?

When I arrived in the office, the tank almost dried and the tyre went all out flat. Went up and solved the production issue and dragged until after lunch before I got my bike fixed.

I went to the repair shop without filling up first and was praying thru out the whole journey, but I totally forgot to fill up even though there was a petrol kiosk very nearby.

Well, the consequence of living a dangerous life? The bike would not move halfway back to office, damn, a high-flyer like me have to push bike meh? What to do? Push lor.

Then came this young Malay biker who asked what's wrong? Told him my tank went empty and thought "gee, still got so helpful people meh?" Got woh!

He pushed my bike with his left leg while riding his bike and we travelled till the nearest petrol kiosk! As I turned into the petrol kiosk, he carried on his journey.

No money asked! Nothing! I did not even get a chance to thank him!

See, Malaysia is still a nice place to live in although sometimes you might have to do nude squat.

Meat Market

We had our bank celebration the other day in a pub and everyone was sky high!

It was a meat market out there, but hor, I am herbivore.

How come no carnivore female one? You know lar, in Discovery Channel or National Geographic Channel, the carnivores normally prey on herbivores one mar.

Anyway, towards the end of the party, we drank by jugs, not even mugs anymore. With the help of some alchohol, I went center stage and had my table top dance!

It's funny how the English arrange their names and how much they differ from ours. For last name, it means our surname or family name. For first name, it means our given name. We, Chinese, take great pride in our family name and would not bring disgrace to our family name. Maybe that explains the more individualistic whites while the Chinese are more easily intimidated.

My maiden visit to DFP

So high up and bright, can my career sustain its glow and momentum? I wish I could tell. Just like what Guan told me, if you keep on perfecting yourself and keeping up in pace, there is no way you could loose your grip on your career.

I wish I could tell it in full confidence and pride, but at 26, I am really not that sure! Things just happen so fast and rapid, just when I try to grasp on what's going on, it's already a thing in the past.

You know the feelings, like when everything is so good and generous, you just could not help to succumb to the thought that it might be your worst nightmare the day after tomorrow!

I wish I could grab on and keep up, but life just won't wait for you! You have no time to ease up and enjoy the view. I have no idea at all on what's gonna greet me just around the corner!

OK, surprised?! How I manage to get a picture? Well, just have thick skin and act as if you do not know you cannot take pictures in the venue. Just after I got the shot, I was asked to switch off my mobile.

After attending this event, my perception changed on live music! And the product of this is the depletion of my respect to most of the big mouth audiophiles out there who bring such bad reputation and names to us the few more superior and priviledged gold ears.

Hahahaha, cannot stand ar? I have every intention to make this known to anyone who is reading this and hopefully would spread the words out! How could you guys talk so much cock about the mids, scalling and finesse of your setups when your setups could not even portray the slightest harmonic richness of the piano? It takes full range to get this lar stupid, mids is not all of it lar stupid!

Anyway, I am a sucker for autographs, I cannot help but to get autographs from anyone whom I respect and hold high regards on! Yeah, call me stupid also, I don't care!

Bike riding years nearing an end... #2

For years, I asked myself, do you really need a car? Is it still OK to ride a bike for so long after you could afford a car? For so long after you have gotten yourself cars?

Well, I just could not stop riding a bike! For the wellbeing of our society, for Vision 2020, for the financial health of the parents around me, I just could not stop riding a bike!

You see, kids nowadays do not know the hard and cruel reality that earning money is not easy! See how many of them kids have Gameboy Advance, PSP and those cool MP3 players? All those cost marnie!

They just know that there are machines you put your cards in them, press some numbers and you get marnie from it. Oh, if the machines doesn't work, you always have cards in gold or platinum color where you just give to the cashiers and draw some tortoise, then you get the stuff you wanted to buy. As simple as that!

Oh, it is a norm to the kids that parents go missing from early morning till late at nite every working day. They never know how the parents work till their guts out just to get a better life for the kids! Hey, maybe the kids think it's cool to be adults as they can go out all day long while they have to stay at home!

Parents need role model to let their kids learn from. Who else is better than me? Now the mums can point to me and say to the kids, "see the cute guy on the bike? If you keep on spending and not study hard, you will end up like him riding a bike!"

Or they could say during rainy days, "see that sexy guy with the wet white t-shirt clinging to his well built body as if he wears nothing? If you don't study hard, you will end up like him riding a bike under the rain!"

Or in the evening after fetching their kids from tuition classes or tennis lessons, "see that macho guy with the short showing his tighs covered with dark and shiny hair? If you don't study/learn hard, you will end up like him riding against the strong and cold wind while still wearing that wet t-shirt!"

So, you tell me, how can I stop riding a bike? If riding a bike could help the progress of our country, how could I stop riding a bike?!
