She played admirably over the first set, taking it 6-2 agaisnt Mauresmo. If there was ever a female Federer, she would be the closest, period!
It was fun to just watch her swayed her way thru the first set, playing confidently and gracefully. Her ground strokes were just as technically perfect as can be, though, I still preferred to watch her play clay courts. That's her best and she's the babe, ops, the queen on clay!
Blardy hell, dunno why after the first set, she went down straight, loosing her ground strokes and played many unforced errors! How could that be?! She could have just played as usual and took the sets easily! Man, watching her played like that was so unbearable and painful!
I bought my nTour 95 just because of her, she used that racket to conquer French Open in 2005! Darn, and I was thinking of getting the MKII she's using now to celebrate her I-thought-soon-to-be-victory-Wimbledon-title. My oh my, how could that be?!
Well, better still, I don't have to buy an nTour 95 MKII!
